Corporate housing refers to any type of housing that offers fully furnished units for short- and long-term stays.

Extended stay hotels are expensive and daily billing literally varies day-to-day depending on the time and season you book. Amenities often come at an additional cost. With typical corporate housing, daily rates are static and these amenities are part of the housing package. As a result, staying in a corporate housing unit can result in significant savings of 30% or more.
Benefits
- Convenience. There is a large range of amenities with most corporate housing such as full bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryers, and scheduled housekeeping.
- Kitchens. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes and cookware so that residents can eat on their own schedule, maintain any dietary concerns and reduce the costs of constantly eating out. Full-size appliances (e.g. refrigerators) are standard.

Great value for a well-equipped stay. Cooked a few meals during our long weekend and found everything we needed within the kitchen. The space is comfortably furnished. Linens and towels were nice! This place far exceeds a comparable stay in a hotel in my opinion.
